Case Studies  [19/7/2001 13:45:14]

Hi everyone.

At the request of some of our members, we plan to introduce case-studies, investigating the 'movers and shakers' in the global call centre industry.

We are looking for suggestions for firms that we could undertake case studies with. This will benefit both the firm in question and the readership of these forums, as the increased exposure will no doubt be useful for all.

So, please feel free to forward your nominations for our 'inaugural' study to casestudies@callcentrevoice.com or add your thoughts and 'would like to see' items to this topic.

Thanks,

John

Case study suggestion  [23/7/2001 09:37:18]

Hi John.

Just so you know, I've sent an email privatly to you with a couple of suggestions. I think it would be good to read case studies about other companies, good idea.

Rob

Still looking for case studies...  [17/8/2001 09:45:44]

Hi,

If you'd like your company to be featured in our forthcoming case study section, please get in touch as we're still seeking organisations to feature.

In particular, we're looking for companies which aim to do something slightly different in the call centre marketplace; perhaps a novel or cutting-edge use of technology, or a unique service. Maybe you're a small firm looking to hit the big time, or an established firm going through change. If so, we'd love to hear from you and your firm will benefit from a prime spot on the internet's fastest growing and most informative call centre site.

All the best, don't be shy now!

John
