Searching Call Center Training in UK.......Any recommendations.....  [16/10/2004 16:18:51]

Hi ! Everyone !

I am currently searching UK Universities or Colleges which provide Call Center courses. I did tried to give online search but couldn't find much. I would like to do Diploma or Masters in the same as available by University or College maybe for 1 year or 2 years.

I am not looking forward to do an Online or Distance Learning Course.Maybe a part-time course in UK with guaranteed on site expereince....as provided by some Colleges.I am really looking forward to get a professional training. So any information or recommendations for the same would be highly appreciated.
