Predictive dialer v12  [29/6/2009 07:16:29]

Hi We are a call center with a strength of 150 seats. We are using Avaya dialer v12 and looking for upgrade. The dialer is in the end of life. Is it better to upgrade Avaya to the new version or use Aspect or some other Dialers

Any suggestions or casestudy would be appreciated
