Hi Geoff, not sure if this will help much as the Avaya I use automatically puts the Login Time as hh;mm;ss which suggests there might be a format option somewhere.
Alternatively it looks like CMS may store date/time data similer to Excel (as a whole number which it then converts into time/date format when told to.)
ie 01/01/2012 in Excel changes to 40909 when the cell is formatted to a number.
and similaly 0 changes to 00/01/1900 (this being the starting of all dates in Excel)
When looking at CMS it maybe they use a similar method as with no data or "0" I get a value of -25567/01/1970 00:00:00
