Can anybody tell me roughly how much it is going to cost integrate Q-max WFM into our Contact Centre. We have approximately 100 agents and use Avaya CMS.

Bit of a piece of string question.

It depends on licences and a lot
of other constraints. Unfortunatly it's
one of those where you can say...

IEX costs £x.00
QMAX costs £y.00
Teliopti costs £z.00

This is something your vendor should be able to help
with, and, as with any CAPEX always look at several vendors
or distribution partners for any product, along with several
different products themselves.You may save yourselves a nasty
surprise in downstream costs..
