interval report for an agent group in CMS  [11/2/2010 15:22:23]

PLease help me

i currently use Avaya CMS and im looking to provide a report that shows available time per 15 minutes. Set up as a standard report is available time per 15 minutes per agent, however i want this to be for either the users of a skill, or more preferrably would be an agent group

If you know of any ways to get this information, or you can provide a starting point please contact me
