Hi everyone, on the eve of the end of our second month, we thought you might be interested in viewing our 'member' hall-of-fame for contributions to the discussion forums within our second month.

Between 17th May and 16th June 2001, we had 87 new members register for the site, many of whom are now posting regularly - a warm welcome to you all - bringing us up to 156 as I write this.

Around 215 posts were made during this time, with the most popular topic in this period being Customer Satisfaction measurements, by Vedula Srinivas. In less than a month, it rose to be the second most popular thread within 'Voice, next to that old stalwart, Has technology gone *too* far?, which has been viewed almost 500 times since it was started.

...this is the 500th user post on the site since April 2001. That means we're growing at an incredible rate, and things are looking great.

Congratulations to everyone who has helped us reach this (mini) milestone. You know who you are! All weask is that you keep on coming back and contributing.

Over the next couple of months CCV will grow even more - expect exciting things. The new Call Centre Questions forum is just the tip of the iceberg.

...this is the 1000th user post on the site since April 2001. That means this site is expanding and growing exponentially. A good thing, I think you'll all agree!

Once again, congratulations to everyone who has contributed to 'Voice thus far - without you, we'd be nothing. Give yourselves a pat on the back - I'm like the proud father seeing Junior make it from the nursery into the primary school. Awwww.... ;-)
