Book Review  [25/6/2001 19:29:55]

Good afternoon all!

I was wondering if anyone else had read "The Call Center handbook" by Keith Dawson?

Just looking for some feedback on the book.

I've just finished it this week end and found it to be ok but would have likedto see more details as far as starting/running a new call center.

John, Perhaps you could start up a new discussion area on Book Reviews? Might be a good topic.

Cheers everyone

Book Review and Book discussion section added  [9/7/2001 08:33:23]

Hi,

We have added an area where you can discuss books and book-related issues. You can find it by clicking on the following link:

CCV Book Discussion Section

Hope you all find it useful. Maybe you've read a decent book lately, and would like to comment on how well written or useful you found it. Possibly you tried a book and didn't like it. Well, we want to hear about it...

Please contribute, after all, someone might find your comments very useful...

John
