Building a FAQ...  [26/6/2001 13:50:36]

Hi everyone.

We're building a FAQ right now, and would appreciate it if you could help us by suggestion the sorts of questions and possibly answers that you would like to see. We are going to create a new forum specifically for this purpose, and therefore intend the FAQ to be a fully interactive affair - i.e. you, as members, help us to provide the content that you want. We'll do the technical bit.

If anyone is willing to volunteer to help us research and create this FAQ, please reply to this thread. Credit will be given to any submissions, and whilst we can't pay you, being active in the FAQ will give you major credibility and hopefully drive business in your direction.

Thanks,

John

Building a FAQ  [5/9/2001 16:23:24]

Hiya,

I dont know if this is a bit late to respond to, but here goes.....

Having just returned to the arena of call centres and this was one of the first places I stumbled upon, trying to research what was going on. Perhaps, as a service to us rookies an up to date dictionary of all of the tla's and fla's ( 3 and 4 letter anachronisms ) which are prevalent within the industry would be very greatfully recieved !

I hope this is of some use to you, and I look forward to continuing to learn loads from searching around the site.

Call centre FAQ  [2/4/2002 14:32:43]

Hi everyone.

It's been some time since we last kicked the idea of a call centre FAQ around, and although the feedback that we had around the time (last summer) was positive, nothing ever became of it.

So, if anyone would like to volunteer to help, we'd really like to hear from you. We'd keep the FAQ on this site, and use it as a reference for anyone who might like to know more about the origins, development, use and future of this industry.

Thanks,

John
