Practical Assistance for Everyday Problems - FREE & NOW  [26/6/2001 15:18:13]

Having spoken to a number of people visiting these forums, one of the main reasons people are drawn here to CCV is that they are seeking pragmatic (practical & workable) solutions to their everyday problems.

This post starts a discussion where YOU post your problem/issue and I'll see if I can help you out of your fix - on or off-line - for free.

I can guarantee that you'll get the best advice I have. You may not occasionally wish to hear it, but I can assure you it'll be honest &practical advice within the limits of the medium.

I look forward to hearing from you all.

Practical Ideas...  [26/6/2001 18:17:34]

Hi David,

I was on a holiday for a week and I have missed quite a lot of action.Your experience and practical approach will go a long way in solving so many day to day problems we face.

As a starter why not begin with the most importantproblem we all face.
The technology advancements have ensured that we learn new things and new way of doing things daily. This results in constant pressure on us to deliver and adopt to change. What are your practical tips for managing and adopting to change?

We've had a new forum setup for the new 'call centre answers' style topics.

Click on over to The Call Centre Answers Forum to ask and have your questions answered.

This is a superb idea and I hope that everyone can make a lot of use of the new forum!
