Customer Service Training & Induction Training - Any Ideas?  [27/6/2001 17:04:22]

I have been tasked with designing training - specifically on Customer Service to include re-writing our Induction programme.

Our company's underlying concept and vision is focused upon our customers and is paraphrahsed by 'Love 'Em Hug 'Em Squeeze 'Em'. The training we want to put in place needs to be 'wacky and off the wall'.

Has anyone got any ideas that they can share with me - tried, tested and proved as successful preferably.
