Dear All,

I am posting this response after a longtime.I am based in Karachi , Pakistan .

In Pakistan the Call Center syndrome is spreading up as Goverment is giving away a lot of incentives to the Call Center operators.

Domestic as well as International. Still some hinches are there.. but they will understand.. gradually .

Well, About me... I am working as Network Engineer, experiances include
Call Center ( Alcatel 4400 PRI based ) Still operated and upgrading day by day .
Fax Over IP setup ( Still Operative ;) )
Network Integeration .
Motorolla vanguard (Voice Over IP) managed Voice Services. Setup of 50 + sites !!! Again still operative.( hands on experiance )
PolyCom Video Conferencing Solutions. ( hands on experiance )

I must admit that I am not good in passing certifications.. still.. I have been able to survive.....
