Later in the summer, we'll be relaunching CallCentreVoice with a new, improved look and many extra features. One thing that we'll continue to offer will be select banner advertising at a very reasonable cost. We're inviting organisations to contact us with a view to taking out some advertising space (and the option of your own customers-only section in the discussion community).

CallCentreVoice continues to be a free resource which is part-funded by the support of some select advertisers. Without them this site would not be available, but we do seek to attract new advertisers from time to time.
