Hi Ben Let me put your Query this way...
"You are looking for extending a Voice T1 linefrom US or UK to India and run a prdictive dialer or CTI application on that"
First of all when you say T1 it is 1.54mb digital line , when it is used to extend voice from a telephone compnay for voice it can carry 24 voice channels, as good as 24 voice line, you may terminate this to a PBX, or a chanalizer or VoIP, etc.
In your case you want this T1 from US/UK transferd to India over internet, you may use a pair of T1 VoIP to do so, one at US side and one at India, or you can ask for voice colocater to do you US /UK part, (You may contact me if you want a US based setup)
Once the T1 reached india through VoIP you cn install your predictive dialer here in India, But Internet in India is not that good now, so you may face packet loss so hosting a Prdictive dial in India is again give small problems" SO the best way is install your predictive dialer in US it self and extend the connected line to India.
