Does anyone know where I can find a scripted Customer Satisfaction Survey for Inbound and Outbound Campaigns?

You need to devise your own CS Survey rather than copy one. It has got to be customized and tailored to your organizations and customers need. It has got to be un-biased and factful. The best survey is an average sized one with 5-6 questions and automated drop down ratings as that helps you in analyzing trends and emerging opportunities for your organization to improve on specific areas of service. You can include a comment section for personalized replies. I do have a variety of surveys with me, but I still feel you should have one of your own.

I have been searching far and wide over the past few months for a good customer satisfaction survey and I think one of the best Customer Feedback Software I’ve seen is... www.ransys.com have you heard of it? I heard they are quiet good, they seem to have just the software my company needs. They apparently have software called Attentive that is an event driven feedback software... I'd be happy to share info about what i found so far (my search has been long and hard), please let me know how it goes.
