Can we ask for help from all our CCV members ?  [13/1/2004 10:37:55]


Good Morning - and I hope that you are enjoying the new look and new feel CCV from John and his team. They have worked very hard to get the new site up and running and thank you for all of your positive feedback.

Now I wonder if you can help us ?

We are looking to more than double our membership within the next 6 months - a tall order, but I am sure that we can do it with the help from our members.

Could we ask you to invite some of your call centre colleagues from all over the world to join us here at CallCentreVoice to make this into one of the world's largest open international call centre communities.

It would also be great if you could link our website to your company website so that we can increase our profile with your customers too.

Wishing everyone a prosperous 2004, and thank you for your continued support.

John,
If you have some promotional copy I am happy to run it in my newsletter, I already have a link up to CCV.
I am publishing the Sept newsletter within the next week, so I have have it then I will include it. I have a distribution of approx 600 or so senior call centre managers mostly in the US, though I do have Australian, New Zealand, Malaysian, Indian, Philippines, Romania, Pakistani and even UK subscribers.

Hello Folks,

Thank you for providing this fantastic envirnoment (new member). Offering some innovative prizes like "upgrade within the next 5 days and recieve this electric toothbrush abolutely free.......(joking on the toothbrush.) or free upgraded memberships for referrals, might be an idea. (If you haven't already thought of it) or even reducing memberships at a certain time of the year, month, or week or when times are slow. Creat a sale type situation whereby you can offer 50% or X% off upgrade. Might set the ship in motion...looking forward to networking with you.

Brian, I've replied to your enquiry. Just thought I'd ensure that you know how to read your 'VoiceMails. Look for the blue envelope icon toward the top of the browser - then click on the orange folder icon that's next to it.
