We are planning to setup 24 seater Call Centre. We are looking for an VOIP & IPLC model. Is it feasible to have an Inbound Centre on VOIP.

Also can anyone give me the details of Difference between VOIP and IPLC.

Also can i get the Costing and the list of ASP solutions provider for the same

Cost of the call center depends on.

1- the country you gonna work for...USA, UK etc.
2- There are some service providers who can provide you T1 lines....
Phone number with Line Hunting facility....Stacking the calls facility etc.
everything that a call center is required.

Let me try to give you a round figure about the cost.
Initial Cost

VoIP Gateway $3000 appx..(24 seats) + bandwidth + computers etc
$3000 per month for call center service provider.
