To know about web based services in call centers  [3/8/2004 17:25:50]

Hi,

I am working in this IT enabled services from last 1 years, my role is to giving web based suppot to the customers. Still i want to enhance my knowledge in web based services.

I would really appreciate if someone give me knowledge about web based services in the internatinal call centers.
