PRI Failure Alert [16/6/2008 07:06:16]
Hi all, I wanted to know if there's any solution for PRI failure. What happens is that some times our PRI is down and until unless we receive any complain from our customers, we are unable to know that the PRI is down and our UAN numbers are not working. We need an alert option which tells us that the PRI is down. Let me know if there's any solution fot this. Regards Syed Shahbaz Hussain +923008207077

Your PBX should alarm to this situation as sson as it happens. In the first place speak to either your in house PBX team or your maintainer. Should take them a few minutes to set something up.
