Has anyone had any experience using Genisys with Alcatel and / or Symposium.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Any ideas where I can get hold of a Genisys manual for call reporting or just general administration manual.

I currently manage a Genesys dialler, i also tried to get hold of some manuals.....I have spoken to genesys & manuals are simply not available anywhere ....they insist you do a training course 1st .at a huge cost .to get this info ..
