Work Force Management Software  [15/8/2001 03:20:45]

Hi Everyone
I would like to gather everyones views on a couple of WFM software products that I am assessing at the moment. Has anyone gone through an assessment with either Genesys Workforce Management or GMT (Jupiter version) I would like to know if you are using either product now, how you found the implenmentation process, how do you rate the support from each company etc.

Hi Joanne

I have recently completed a selction exercise. I have however not been exposed to JMT. We looked at Series Five (TCS), Blue Pumpkin and Genesys. We have selected the product we want but have not released the information yet. Still confidential at this stage. If you have not selected any product yet, you are welcome to contact me.
