Diploma in Call Centre Management  [10/10/2001 19:50:01]

Hi There,

I am trying to get in touch with anyone who has completed, or is in the process of completing, the Diploma in Call Centre Management run by Key Hill Management?

I'd be very interested to get some feedback on this or similar type courses.

Thanks very much.

Hi Anne,

I have a news article from Insurance Times on our website that may be of interest to you. It not only covers the Diploma but also the MSc in Call Centre Management. Perhaps you could look there.

The link is:

Masters degree in Contact Centre Management  [11/2/2002 03:55:52]

At Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia, there is a Masters of Business Communication (Contact Centre Management) and also a Graduate Certificate in Contact Centre Management. These courses commenced 2 years ago. Unfortunately they are no longer available due mainly to not having a skilled permanent faculty member. I am the lecturer for the final subjects on offer in the course program (I'm actually a consultant to the industry and have offered to support the final year students).
I have also found info about a Masters degree on offer in the UK, as well as other courses. Contact there is Sonia Keheyan-Dodd of the Calcom Group (www.calcomgroup.com) ph 0044 020 8944 9669.

I am looking for graduate/post-graduate options for call centre managers to assist them to develop. Please, if anyone knows of other options it would be valuable.

Lyn
