Training Budget and ROI  [19/5/2005 10:49:29]

Just curious to know if call centres have a training budget (per head) and more importantly if they have calculated ROI for new starters?

(Appreciate this might be sensitive information - just really trying to guage market awareness) No pressure.

We work out separate training budgets one for the continuing training of retained staff and another budget for ramp up/new business. Stuart King
