Communications skills for overseas contact centres  [29/5/2006 13:17:51]

I am currently writing a programme for an overseas customer whose contact centre takes call from all over the world. Currently, I am looking to update the communications module and want to put some new material in specifically around the diversity of words and phrases i.e. what might be acceptable in one country may not be in another.

Has anyone got any ideas of where I can get such information?
