I just read an old post and see I got a mention and some of you wondered if I was still delivering call centre training and the answer is a big yes! So any old friends out there, please do say hello. The company is still called Able Training (ATI) and weare just celebrating our tenth year so hope to celebrate with those I know and some more of you Im yet to meet!
