I am currently reviewing the way we run our recruitment assessment centres for staff within our Call Centre. Typical roles include Customer Care and Telesales Advisors.
As part of the review, I am very keen in developing business links with other Professionals who have responsibility for similar recruitment activity.
I am particularly interested in sharing exercises but also 'sitting in' on a variety of assessment centres to gain ideas on what works well, what doesn't, different approaches and formats etc.
