Training certification  [24/2/2002 16:32:01]

I want to know from forum members the need for call center employee skills certification and how well such certifications are accepted in CC industry? ( Eg., CIAC certification)? any experiences/ views on this are welcome. Also let me know what you feel about CIAC certification?

Hi Alex,

CIAC is a non-profit organization in USA formed by call centre professionals and industry sponsored programme implementors. They have tests for certifying the knowledge of the Managers, Operational heads and agents. Their website is www.ciac-cert.org

Can you suggest same kind of certifications which are more cost effective :)
Probably next incentive should do for my CIAC.

FYI:

CIAC Certification is coming to the UK.

CIAC's role is to administer certification assessments, award professional certification, and govern the certification process.

CIAC Certification allows individuals to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of call centres, comprehensive knowledge of the essential aspects of their job function, and to demonstrate skills and behaviours identified as essential for success.
