CIAC Certification is coming to the UK.
CIAC's role is to administer certification assessments, award professional certification, and govern the certification process.
CIAC Certification allows individuals to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of call centres, comprehensive knowledge of the essential aspects of their job function, and to demonstrate skills and behaviours identified as essential for success.
