Scotveq Level III.....Governement Funding....for our staff  [21/4/2002 09:37:52]

Hi
We have just managed to secure funding for 25 members of our staff for Scotvec (Scottsih Vocational Certificates) in Call Handling Level III. The cost to our company ZERO.

At the end of the couse each member of staff who completes it will qualify for £100 for the governement.

The uptake has been very good and they are all looking forward to completing the course as all the instruction etc is built around their shifts and the trainers come to our site.

I wonder if anyone else is running this programme at their centre just now? Would not mind sharing views etc.

regards

SVQ Level 2/3 Customer Service and Level 3/4/5 in Management  [18/6/2002 11:48:34]

Hi John,
We are an company based in Inverness that actually works with small to large call centres in Scotland. The areas are SVQ/MA's for staff which has proven to be benefitial to their organisation. I would be more than happy to discuss the ways we have helped them.

Regards

Delighted that you guys have met through CCV. Could you share your findings and views on CCV, so that we may all benefit from them.

Many Thanks
