Appointment automation  [13/9/2009 16:02:06]

I am looking to automate appointment making through a call center. Does any one know how I can go about it? I have a call center where people leave their message with all their information, but I want/need that information translated to data - basically to create an appointment that would be followed by a phone call by one of our representatives. Basically I want the customers information, address, phone, etc. to be inputted digitally somewhere. Does that exist?
