How does Teleopt WFM integrates with Avaya Platform  [12/1/2010 07:27:39]

We have Avaya CM 3.1.5 and CMS Release 13. We have also Witness Verint Call recording solution. Now to going forward for WFM solution i have choice of Teleopti and Impact 360 from verint.

To avoid on dependency single vendor, i would like to choose Teleopti WFM. here my worry is in about performance and ranking how Teleopti rules over Impact 360 and is the integration with Avaya CMS is better in case of teleopti.

Now to going forward, can we take quality solution from other vendors or how difficult it is to integrate recorder, quality and workforce from different different vendors.
