Ok,

Just a couple of quick questions.

Can you narrow down exactly what you mean by telephony?

Is it the turret itself, or are you after something
on the CTI applications side?

What's Shark? That's a new one on me...

Let me know and I'll see if I can help.

Regards

HI Dave
Iam not sure what type of telephone would be ideal for a blind call agent to use, i think he may need to go over to analogue instead of the digital phones we use, so that he can hear the dial tones.

I think the turret side just to help him answer his calls.

Shark is an application for the blind that talks to the person telling them what is on the computer screen and what they are typing.

p.s yes we are on the south coast and have an Eclipse team how do you know us?
Regards
Dave

OK,

Turret wise, there's a couple of options.

Link 1 although check the reviews

Link 2

Just a start, however, I do recall you can get standard braille keys for
normal turrets as well.

Just a thought.
