Single threading v Multiple threading - Genesys dialler [14/8/2008 09:15:06]
Hi all Can somebody help me with the following questions/understanding? I have been told that v7.2 of the Genesys dialler only has 'single threading' whereas later versions have 'multiple threading'. What does threading mean? What is the difference between single and multiple? What advtanges does Multiple v single give me? Will this help agent productivity levels? Andy
