Aspect WFM integration with Genesys  [20/5/2006 15:23:52]

Can anyone tell me if there are more options to Aspect integration with Genesys than Aria? Our company will have to build our own integration if I cannot find other options. Aria is very proud of themselves based on their pricing. Can anyone offer help?

There is a very nifty solution for integrating Aspect WFM to Genesys provided by a company in Australia - it's reasonably priced too - and they're easy to work with, despite being on the other side of the world. Check out www.calldesign.com.au
