Symposium / Meridian Training for Call Centre Manager [9/10/2006 13:02:19]
Can anyone recommend a training course for a call centre manager I'm working with who wants a better understand what his Meridian Opt 11 / Symposium can do for him. I'm not looking for a generic "How do I manage a call centre" training, but some specific (but not too technical) introductory training.
