Virtual Call Centre  [23/3/2007 15:01:52]

Any recommendations for a virtual call centre system that uses traditional PSTN DDI numbers rather than VOIP destinations. One that agents can log into and out of over the web, can go into rest and wrap modes and from which detailed stats on agent, group and service performance is available.

Particularly interested in a system that allows agents, not just supervisors, to see who else is free in their group and other groups and to transfer a call to them if appropriate.

Try Cosmocom available as a hosted service from BT, AT&T and Orange (France Telecom)
