IEX Set up  [18/9/2011 15:46:14]

Hi

I am new to this forum. I am currently working in a non skills based environment. I am tasked to add a new MU (New site) but VQ's (from Genesys) will still be the same. As per customer, we are still working in a single skilled environment (and not Multi Skilled). There are 2 more VQ's for the new site however customer said that they use VAG's to designate the calls so it's okay to add the same VQ's to the same CT. I created a new MU and associated them both to one MU (as the requirements in IEX states). My problem now is how do I separate the forecast and Intradays (as required by the customer?

I have thought of creating a new CT as required by IEX, at least only one agent group should be assigned to an MU. I am eager to fully understand Virtual Queues and how it should be mapped in Queues in IEX.

I would appreciate any help.

Thank you
