Hi Everybody

We are in the process of setting up a call center. I wanted to know what are the quality certifications that are exceptable in the industry other than ISO9000.

Hi Mr.Khurana,

Welcome to CCV. From your name I know pretty well that you are from India but I would like to know whether you are having call centre in India.

There are various certifications vailable for quality. The best according tome is the one of COPC ( Customer Operations Performance Centre) release 3.1. They have an office in Mumbai, India and I have gone through their standards and find it very apt for call centres. I am a freelance consultant and I have developed a method of implementing COPC procedures in call centres. You can email me at techconsultant@indiatimes.com for details. The best way to implement quality standards is to first believe in quality of service and internalize it and deliver it.
