Help with Information required on CC Regulations  [17/9/2001 14:01:25]

Can anyone help with the following information regarding regulations on premium rate numbers for call centres

are there specific regulations or guidelines to say how long people should be left queueing, perhaps before information or choice is provided if they are being charged on premium rate number....

are there any hidden traps that when implementing a premium rate service people should be aware of??

any guidance or pointers on this would be most helpful
