Pavan,

You can setup a 50-200 seat call center with a very simple architecture using an ASP model Predictive Dialler , CRM , ACD etc on a monthly rental and a VoIP voice connectivity using simple gateways.

All you will need for this is 1) Computer systems on a LAN with good Internet connectivity : around 30kbps per station. 2) VoIP Gateways 3) Headphone sets wire to the Gateway 4) Subscription to a good service provider. It should all cost you US$0.75 - $1.5 an hour per station or less depending on the number of hours you use the system. No heavy initial investment in Diallers , equipment, MUX etc.

The computers use the Internet to access the PD displays, ACD, CRM software, reports etc. The Gateway is linked using VoIP. Both are synchronised. The Voice quality on VoIP is excellent.

Or you could piggypack off of an existing infrastructure until you were more comfortable to go at it alone.

You might even determine that this non-core activity can be outsourced cheaper than done in-house.
