Progress of IT-enabled sector in India  [19/1/2002 07:36:35]

Hello everybody,

Would like to know from all those who represent the Indian Call Centre scenario.

1. How is the CRM industry in general and Call Centres in particular are doing in India.
2. What is expected from the Union Budget 2002-2003 for the IT-enabled sector in India.
3. what benefits were derived from the Union Budget 2001-2002, by the IT-enabled sector.
