The Genesys FRO course would allow you to understand the system topology you should be setting up for the operation concerned.
Genesys CCM / OCM would be good for you too. http://www.genesyslab.com/ for details.
I would assume you have an account with Genesys and should therefore be able to register tickets and browse the resolved issues threads?
Let me know how you get on, have played extensively with OB Genesys and perhaps we could compare notes?
