When an agent logs in their skillsets appear on the display for a moment. Is there anyway to turn off this feature? ie: we don't want the agents to know what skillsets they are logged into. I am reasonably confident the answer is no.

The answer is no, the best Avaya could offer was putting tape over the display, I went back with putting a bag over their head.

you could do a nasty fix and add several lower number skill to every agant (fake ones) as only the first (i think 10) show. And then they wouldn't see the ones that actually apply to them.....
