Genesys Outbound Contact 7.2 Integration with AVAYA CM5.0  [4/7/2008 11:26:33]

Hi,

We need to integrate an AVAYA CM 5.0 with genesys outbound Dialer ver 7.2. In this case we do not have Elite Licenses on the AVAYA System. Is it possible to integrate the genesys Dialer. Can the Genesys dialer work without getting the Agent State Information.

Anyone done this before????
