Ethics of performance monitoring  [20/8/2008 14:15:48]

Hi, I am in my final year of a degree in contact centre management (yes, there really is such a thing!) and am in the middle of an assignment looking at contemporary issues in contact centres. I am focussing on the ethics of intensive performance monitoring and management and whether this affects attrition and employee satisfaction and stress levels.

Does anyone have any thoughts or experiences (or data) which I can include in my report....?
