I have been a regular visitor on this Site and feel really encouraged to read your all comments, experiences and recommendations. This has motivated me to initiate a discussion from myside.
I have a process of 40-45 people related to Banking risk Mangement. Process is quite new and we have ample areas to work upon. Considering that my staffs intreract with customers and closer than we as a management team. We find they can be the best person for identifying the potential showstoppers and suggesting possible solutions. This need to be drived in to them and into their DNA's.
Please advise how in a best way possible I can drive into my process. |
